Now they do not call it “Grinding or Banging” on club penguin. they ask each other “are you good?” so that means a secrect code for “Are you good at it (sex)”

Hmm well i play cp alot.Usualy the ppl who do this “bumping” and “grinding” are ppl like in their teen years like 13-15 For me i am 12 which when i joined cp it was called “having some” this happens usually around the summer time.There is also the fact about “boyfriend” & “Girlfriend” on cp.Which usualy is just giving hearts or just hanging out with a certain person for a long time.When the do “bumping” they just sit down without any items on they say things like “jumps on” “makes out” “Puts ‘pencil’ in” Which i think the last is the most sexual.I know about this because my cousin,a few months older than me,he had a Gf on cp,they had a wedding and stuff,so i just thought it was simple,hold-n-behold when they went to her igloo there was something that looked like a bed, guess what she said,in a bikini,”come here tiger”. It all depends on who they hang out with.f your really concerned you should make a parent account.So then you can change the chat settings,limit her time online,and many other things.and dont let them on Reeeeally late (in North America Early in The Uk and stuff) Cuz thats when it motsly happens

My daughter was caught creating a “secret” e-mail account. Why? So she could talk to the boys she met on club penguin in private. One of them gave her the idea to setup the account.

There IS inappropriate language the kids use. For instance, Shift = shit, Heal or Shell = Hell, Beach = bitch, fuk = you know, Dan = damn…. etc. Kids are clever, they are changing the words not to get caught. Imagine what else we arent aware of.

How do they communicate outside of club penguin? First they join armies like the Red Raiders, ACP, UMA, etc.. They are given titles; soldier, sgt. Lt, Generals. Once they are part of the group, they are told they can go to a created blog or website created for their army. These websites let them post & communicate pretty much anything they want… there is no one monitoring. I’m guessing this is how my daughter was so taken in and listened to a total stranger to start exchanging e-mails.

After reading all the messages posted, I would like to say: NO WEBSITE IS 100% safe.

I was a beta tester (one of the first to test out Club Penguin C.P.) and so I know LOTS about Club Penguin.

Yes, this is going on in Club Penguin. It DOES happen. I went in the town TODAY and saw penguins talking about such a gross thing. Some penguins like to (This is a new thing, and not too often seen) stand in the middle of the Town yelling out sexual language. The trick to this is reporting them by click on the moderator button on their player card. Click on Bad Words then Sexual language or swearing (depending on what they said). Club Penguin is trying REALLY HARD to prevent this.

To prevent it PLEASE do the following:

Avoid the Town Sqaure after 4:30 (when most kids log on).

Do NOT make a ‘bed’ in your igloo by pushing together chairs.

It is TOTALLY ok to let a child be in a ‘couple’ on Club Penguin (except for when the other ‘penguin’ uses stranger language).

If you see language like “PULL MY BOARD!!!!!!” and repeated “OoOoOoO” then LEAVE because this is bad language.

Avoid being ‘alone’ in your igloo with another penguin when your in a couple. If your out in public (pizza parlor) (coffee shop) (which is better by the way) and the penguin uses bad language then other penguins WILL report him/her.

This IS going on in Club Penguin now. Penguin’s (kids) have found a way to say bad words and that kind of language in different ways, but in a way so other penguin’s get the message (EW).

Even if you put your daughter on Safe Chat, other penguins can still say bad & sexual language to her. Just because SHE has safe chat, dose’t mean everyone else does too. With Club Penguin having 15,000,000 + members, you have to admit their doing a REALLY good job already. If your daughter is a PAID member like I am, her penguin should NEVER go out around the island while wearing hair and NOTHING else. This can be an odd sign to other members.

As long as your daughter knows about staying away from these types of penguins, Club Penguin is actually a WONDERFUL place to play and hang out with friends. After all i’m 12 YEARS OLD and to be honest, I see more bad language in REAL LIFE than I do on Club Penguin.

Lisa I really hope you read this, I hope your daughter stays very safe and has lots of fun on Club Penguin.

I know you wrote this post over a year ago but a year ago this wasn’t an issue. Now Club Penguin has TRIPLED in members and the whole sex issue has gotten WORSE. You can now find this ANYWHERE in CP.
But like cutie0311 said : “they have live mods” so no need to really worry!
